How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to notify you when Talkies restocks and when your waitlist position is reached. We may also send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with service providers who help us operate our site (such as our email platform and analytics tools), under strict confidentiality agreements.

Data Retention

We retain your contact information until you request deletion or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Waitlist data is deleted within 90 days of our product shipping to all waitlist members.
